If you currently make your payment via automatic payment, your monthly deduction will continue without interruption. If you currently pay using coupons, Santander Consumer USA will mail you a monthly statement and coupon, along with instructions for mailing your payment. You may also still make payments at any Sovereign Bank Office. You will need to bring either your old Sovereign payment coupon or your new Santander Consumer USA statement with you when you go to make your payment.

In addition, Santander Consumer offers a variety of payment options for making your monthly payment, including: Pay Online, Pay by Phone, Auto Pay (ACH), Pay by Mail (regular or overnight mail), MoneyGram and Western Union.

Beginning June 2, you may register with our secure Account Management Portal and service your account online. You will need a valid e-mail address and your Social Security number to enroll.
