Pay by Phone
Santander Consumer USA Inc. accepts payments from personal checking or savings accounts via telephone during normal business hours. Simply call us toll-free at 1-888-222-4227 and have your account number and your checking or savings account information ready when you call. You will need to provide your bank’s routing number, your account number, and a check number for tracking purposes. (All this information can be found at the bottom of your personal check.)
Please note that there is a $10.95 fee for this service.
These payments generally post to your account the same day they are recorded, though it is common for a bank to take 24 to 48 hours to debit the payment from your account. Please make sure that any funds you commit to paying via check or savings account by phone remain in the account until the transaction has been completed.
